The League of Arab States is a regional intergovernmental organization of Arab countries established under the 1945 Pact of the League of Arab States. It is one of the world's earliest modern regional organizations.
The League coordinates political, economic, cultural and social cooperation among its members, protects shared interests and provides a forum for consultation on regional issues and disputes.

The Arab League flag commonly uses a green field with a white central emblem. Arabic lettering, chain links and laurel elements represent ties among members, dignity and shared cooperation.

The flag and emblem are official identifiers and should not be used in ways that imply authorization or representation by the League.
